2. Booking & Payment

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely via SSLCommerz.

EMI facilities are available for selected banks and for eligible purchases above ৳5,000.

Bookings are confirmed only after full or EMI-approved payment.

3. EMI Terms

EMI facility is applicable on eligible products/services with specific banks.

In case of service cancellation or product return, EMI reversal is subject to bank policy.

CARPRO is not liable for delays or disputes related to bank EMI settlements.

4. Service Policy

Ceramic coating, tinting, PPF, and other detailing services come with specific warranty durations—details available per service.

Warranty claims must be supported by original invoice and follow-up service records.

Free maintenance visits (if offered) must be availed within the defined schedule.

5. Product Policy

Product listings include specifications, usage, and applicable warranties.

Stock availability may change without notice.

Product color, packaging, or performance may slightly vary due to manufacturing updates.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Services once initiated are non-refundable.

Product returns are accepted only within 3 days of delivery, if unopened and unused.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days.

7. Delivery Timeline

Service appointments are scheduled within 5–7 working days.

Product deliveries are completed within:

Dhaka: 2–4 working days

Outside Dhaka: 5–7 working days

8. Limitation of Liability

CARPRO is not liable for any damages caused by improper use of products or third-party service modifications.

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, courier issues, or technical failures.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information during booking.

You are responsible for preserving invoices and warranty documents.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
